Ⅰ類(lèi)紙箱的物理性能檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目主要有內(nèi)裝物質(zhì)量、綜合尺寸、瓦楞板更小綜合定量、更小耐破強(qiáng)度、更小戳穿強(qiáng)度、更小邊壓強(qiáng)度。瓦楞紙芯定量不應(yīng)該小于127g/㎡。雙瓦楞紙箱，楞型應(yīng)該為A-A型，三瓦楞紙箱楞型應(yīng)該為C-A-A型或A-A-A型。如果是防水紙箱，則紙板更外層應(yīng)該涂有防水樹(shù)脂的防水紙板。

The physical performance test items of class I carton mainly include the maximum quality of the contents, the maximum comprehensive size, the minimum comprehensive quantity of corrugated board, the minimum bursting strength, the minimum puncture strength and the minimum edge pressure strength. Ⅱ類(lèi)紙箱物理性能檢測(cè)要求符合GB/T6544 規(guī)定的D-1.5以上的雙瓦楞紙板或T-1.2以上的三瓦楞紙板。Ⅱ類(lèi)紙箱檢測(cè)要求比較多，如紙箱的加強(qiáng)材料、尺寸與公差、壓痕、開(kāi)槽與裁切刀口質(zhì)量、手挽孔或提手質(zhì)量、搖蓋質(zhì)量、釘合質(zhì)量、粘合質(zhì)量、抗壓能力、機(jī)械沖擊能能、防潮、防火性能等等都需要滿(mǎn)足其規(guī)定。

The physical properties of class II carton shall meet the requirements of double corrugated board with d-1.5 or above or triple corrugated board with t-1.2 or above specified in GB / t6544.
