1. Seismic protection technology

防震包裝又稱緩沖包裝。產品從生產出來到開始使用要經過一個復雜的過程，涉及運輸、保管、堆碼和裝卸等諸多環(huán)節(jié)。而在每個環(huán)節(jié)，都會有力作用在產品之上，有可能使產品發(fā)生機械性損壞。為了防止產品損壞，就要設法減小外力的影響，防震包裝即是一個有效措施，我們公司主要有以下三種方法：

Shockproof packaging is also called cushioning packaging. It is a complex process from production to use, involving transportation, storage, stacking and loading and unloading. And in each link, it will have a strong effect on the product, which may cause mechanical damage to the product. In order to prevent product damage, we must try to reduce the impact of external force. Shockproof packaging is an effective measure. Our company mainly has the following three methods:

（1）防震包裝方法。主要是指內裝物和外包裝之間全部用防震材料填充進行防震的包裝方法。

(1) Comprehensive shockproof packaging method. It mainly refers to the shockproof packaging method that the shockproof material is filled between the inner package and the outer package.

（2）部分防震包裝方法。對于整體性好的產品和有內裝容器的產品，僅在產品或內包裝的拐角或局部地方使用防震材料進行襯墊即可。

(2) Some shockproof packaging methods. For the products with good integrity and inner container, only the corner or part of the product or inner package can be padded with shockproof material.

（3）懸浮式防震包裝方法。目前包裝設備市場提供的緩沖防護技術主要涉及項和第二項 ，對應的設備是 ：氣泡墊（柱）生產設備、牛皮紙成型設備、紙皮膨切設備，及發(fā)泡（聚氨酯）成型設備。從成本角度和保護特性來說，發(fā)泡成型類和氣泡墊類更具優(yōu)勢，我司主要以珍珠棉為主；從角度來說，紙類包裝更具優(yōu)勢。而我司主要生產重型紙箱包裝，適用于各種重型儀器設備物流運輸包裝。

(3) Suspension shockproof packaging method. At present, the cushioning protection technology provided by the packaging equipment market mainly involves the first and second items, and the corresponding equipment is: bubble pad (column) production equipment, kraft paper forming equipment, paper expanding and cutting equipment, and foaming (polyurethane) forming equipment. From the perspective of cost and protection characteristics, foam molding and bubble cushion have more advantages. Our company mainly uses pearl cotton; From the perspective of environmental protection, paper packaging has more advantages. Our company mainly produces heavy-duty carton packaging, suitable for all kinds of heavy-duty equipment logistics transportation packaging.

2、防破損保護技術

2. Anti damage protection technology

（1）捆扎及裹緊技術。其作用是使雜貨、散貨形成一個牢固的整體，便于處理，防止散堆，從而減少破損。

(1) Binding and wrapping technology. Its function is to make the general cargo and bulk cargo form a solid whole, which is easy to handle and prevent from being piled up, so as to reduce the damage.

（2）集裝技術。利用集裝技術，減少與貨體的接觸，從而防止破損。

（3）選擇高強保護材料。通過外包裝材料的高強度來防止內裝物受外力作用破損。
